Stop the press it seems as if summer might finally be around the corner – people are no longer wearing coats and I have definitely seen by fair share of pasty white knees making an appearance. So to celebrate the end of spring and the changing of the seasons, The Shed in Notting Hill are serving up one final spring menu to celebrate the best of British ingredients.

On Saturday 24th May, diners will start with complimentary spring consommé with a wild garlic spiced crackers before a meal full of spring flavours including asparagus, radishes, rabbit and elderflower, including dishes such as smoked wood pigeon with asparagus. Oliver Gladwin, one of the co-owners of The Shed, will be foraging for a selection of wild British ingredients to compliment the dishes such as lesser celandine. Wash it all down with pink rhubarb lemonade or an all British Negroni. The perfect way to spend a Saturday evening!
