For one day only, celebrity chef and author, Uyen Luu, will be visiting our favourite Guildford cooking school, the Abinger Cookery School to teach guests how to master Vietnamese specialities.

Budding chefs and South East Asia food enthusiasts will learn how to make delicious treats like Braised Pork Belly with Coconut & Cider, Stir Fried Morning Glory, Beef Pho and Banana Fritters.

The course takes place 28th May from 10-4.30pm and will cost £165 per person.
