Whether you're in the mood for a traditional Margherita pizza or looking to take a bite into something a bit different, come by the celebration of the newest pizza joint in the neighbourhood.
Pizza Rossa is serving up authentic pizza al taglio – by the slice – at the opening of its first pop-up location in London on Friday 6 June. Inspired by the street vendors of Italy, Pizza Rossa brings to the city a delicious and healthier takeaway alternative, using the freshest of seasonal ingredients and vegan-friendly dough.
Be sure to stop by for one of the square slices between 6 and 10 p.m., at Whittington Avenue on the corner of Leadenhall St located at the Leadenhall Market. In addition to their daily-changing pizza options, a full menu of pastas and Italian pastries are served regularly.
This pop-up venue is set to open for just the next five months, but not to worry, two permanent Pizza Rossa locations are due to open in London at the beginning of July and September.
