Want to make the most of your evenings during the week or just don’t want to cook? Well you’re in luck, this week The Jam Tree, Clapham will be hosting two supper clubs with Masterchef winner Dhruv Baker heading up the kitchen. Last year saw Dhruv cooking up Malaysia, Mexican and Asian cuisine and this time he is going slightly more adventurous with an Andalusian theme. The evening will start with cocktails in the garden before heading to the light and airy Bookcase Bar where Dhruv will serve up four courses including dishes such as Andalusian shrimp and spring onion fritters, braised Iberico Pork with cumin and for pudding: lemon, Seville orange and almond syrup cake with PX sherry ice cream, definitely beats that midweek ready meal.
