If your knowledge of tequila expires at tequila, salt, lime, job done then the Introduction to Tequila Master Class might be for you. The oldest and best selling tequila brand in the world, Jose Cuervo, has partnered with The Hoxton, Shoreditch to create Cuervo’s Hacienda, a week-long pop up Mexican tequila garden taking place during London Cocktail Week, from 6th – 12th October.
At the master class you will be able to learn about the history of tequila but more importantly will get the chance to try a special selection of Jose Cuervo’s portfolio of 13 tequilas and learn how to make cocktails like the Classic Cuervo Margarita and even invent your own Day of the Dead themed margarita using the herbs, spices and fruits from the Hacienda.
The pop up and master class will take place in the hotel’s atrium space which will be transformed into the courtyard of the famous Cuervo’s Hacienda, home of Jose Cuervo tequila, complete with fresh fruits, herbs & spices, flowers & plants and mini Agave plants.
The master class take place 9th October 6-7pm and costs £10 a ticket, which includes the class, a tequila sampling, two cocktails and a mini Cuervo Margarita kit to take home.
