As if we didn’t need more of an excuse to eat chocolate, 13th-19th October is National Chocolate Week – amazing! And to celebrate, pudding professionals Gü have joined up with the award-winning Plum + Spilt Milk to create a super special (and chocolatey) three course menu.
The limited edition menu incorporates four types of chocolate as core ingredients and what results is a terrifically tantalising trio of dishes that are certainly not to be missed. They’re serving up pan-fried scallops and a loin of venison with a delightful chocolate twist. And fans of Gü‘s Melting Middles certainly won’t be disappointed as they’ve unveiled an exclusive desert; the heavenly sounding Chocolate and Tonka Bean Melting Middle with caramelised white chocolate ice cream and mandarin confit.
