Michelin Star Chef Massimo Bottura is leaving his three Michelin star Italian restaurant, Osteria Francescana, and coming to London for one night only to cook some of his signature dishes as he celebrates the launch of his new book, Never Trust a Skinny Italian Chef.
As Massimo temporarily parts with his Italian-based restaurant, which was ranked 3rd World's Best Restaurant in 2013, he will arrive in London on 10th November to cook at The Connaught, known for its gastronomic heritage. Massimo has carefully created an eight course menu which comprise of his favourite historical dishes like “Beautiful Psychedelic spin-painted veal, not flame grilled".
Not only will diners be treated to fine-dining from Massimo and his specially flown over team, they will also receive a welcome glass of Krug champagne, a signed copy of Never Trust a Skinny Italian Chef along with balsamic vinegar and olive oil samples from Bottura’s personal selection.
