No Christmas is complete without a movie marathon of festive films, particularly the classics. Think Breakfast at Tiffany’s, It’s a Wonderful Life and Elf and you are in festive heaven. However, the one film that mostly epitomises Christmas to us is Miracle on 34th Street which in our opinion has just the right combination of laughter and cries to keep us going for the year. With this in mind, make sure you head straight to Bentley’s where on the 4th December, there will be a private screening of the film complete with popcorn and nibbles.
This is no ordinary cinema screening. No, no, the terrace at Bentley’s will be transformed into an outdoor cinema. And don’t worry, we realise it is December and in true English style bound to be freezing, which is why we were delighted to hear that the terrace is not only enclosed but heated (that is as outside as we want to get at this time of the year). There might not be any dancing in the moonlight going on, but you will certainly be looked after with rumours of delightful sharing platters and cosy blankets in tow. And if all else fails, there is always the award winning wine list to try, so why not kick start that festive drinking early.
If you are looking for a cosy evening with a twist than this is certainly what you are after and with only 30 seats available you are going to be in the best company. Enjoy!
The screening is at 19:30 and available to book by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
