As we approach the middle of January you might be finding that your New Year’s resolutions are waning a bit or perhaps you are yet to start. Well if you’re like us and the rest of London it seems, then your resolutions are probably something to do with sticking to those gym classes, getting that body you’ve always wanted or just trying to eat clean and leaving the wine to the weekends.
Well this Saturday (24th January), Rose Lloyd Owen founder of Peardrop London (they create delicious healthy lunchboxes delivered straight to your desk) has joined forces with a whole host of other healthy guys to create a collective approach to training the body, mind and soul, Fare Healthy. Taking place at Paradise by Way of Kensal Green, Rose will be joined by the likes of Hemsley and Hemsley, Russell Bateman of Skinny Bitch Collective fame who will be honing those bodies and Frame who will be running their Beyonce inspired dance workshop – sign us up now.
For those who need a bit of nurturing lululemon athletica will be hosting a vision and goals workshop whilst Mischa Varmuza will be running a Vinyasa flow yoga session. If you’re in need of inspiration in the kitchen then there will be a whole host of lectures and talks from the doyennes of the health world including Ella Woodward, you’ll probably know her as Deliciously Ella, Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley who will be signing copies of their book, The Art of Eating Well and Natasha Corrett of Honestly Healthy who will be talking about the benefits of an alkaline lifestyle and demonstrating recipes from her upcoming book Honestly Healthy Cleanse.
Throughout the day food will be provided by Peardrop, Pearl and Groove, Nama Food, Livia’s Crumble, Qnola and Chelsea favourite The Good Life Eatery, with all proceeds from a bespoke Peardrop cocktail available on the day going to FoodCycle.
We feel healthier just reading about it.
