So we’re all busy refining our waistlines, but how about refining your mind too? New Year, New You after all.

On 20th January, London Art Studies is launching ‘spas for the mind’, an exclusive partnership with the Bulgari Hotel which brings art to you in an accessible and fun format. Whether you’re a complete novice or fancy yourself as a bit of an art whizz, the new art ‘power hours’ and ‘In Focus’ mornings will keep you up to speed on what’s hot in the art world and provide welcome respite from the daily grind.

Over coffee or a cocktail, discussing anything from Minimalism to Grayson Perry or navigating the art market, with experts from Christie’s to the National Gallery, there’s for everyone and you’re sure to learn something new. Indeed, if the established lectures over lunch at Koffman’s in the Berkeley Hotel are anything to go by, these are sure to prove hugely popular. And that’s without mentioning the opportunity to socialize beautiful setting of the Bulgari Hotel and their luxury screening room.

We live in the art capital of the world and now there’s no excuse not to be in-the-know. Go on, even if only so you can show off to your friends.
