Sunday night cabaret

It’s time to take Sunday night  by the horns and squeeze every last drop out of the weekend and no we’re not suggesting you have a boxset marathon or takeaway feast, no instead something a little more sophisticated, more glamourous with more  je ne sais quoi – we’re talking cabaret.

That’s right, Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London have recently launched their bi-weekly Sunday evening cabaret nights. Hosted by Dusty Limits who is at the forefront of the new cabaret scene,  the bar will welcome the likes of Vicky Butterfly, Coco Dubois and Laura London to perform alongside cabaret trio led by Michael Roulston with Tom Mansi on bass and Jonathan Kitching on the drums.

With a roaring fire, velvet armchairs and over 1000 books lining the walls handpicked by a Portbello antique dealer and Gerald Scarfe’s collection of provocative and conversation paintings adorning the walls, Scarfes Bar has the atmosphere of the a drawing room and the sophistication of a gentleman’s club – the perfect place to curl up on a Sunday night, large drink in hand, watching the cabaret – Netflix who?
