Deliveroo Dinner Parties

Deliveroo Dinner Parties

There is nothing better than the feeling you get when someone else orders takeaway – because if someone else suggests it, then it’s technically guilt- free* but there is nothing more disappointing then when your delivery arrives and it’s bland/greasy/cold/fluorescent from all the preservatives (delete as applicable).  Well stop right there, because Deliveroo is the answer to this classic Sunday night problem.

Having launched two years ago, their aim is to bring London’s best restaurants to your doorstop or your office desk (they deliver between noon and 11pm) so if you’re bored for lunch or really want to try the new menu at your favourite local restaurant but also want to stay in bed then this is the perfect answer.

The concept is simple you type in your postcode and see which restaurants in your area will deliver  and these aren’t your local kebab places, nope, these are places like Ben’s Canteen, Herman ze German, The Joint, Villandry, Barnyard and Patty & Bun.

We however have another idea, an interactive dinner party – you know when you want to be super grown up, but can’t actually cook or just can’t be bothered (we’ve all been there)? Well to save on cooking something that not everyone likes and the actual cooking part, you could all get your food from Deliveroo. Your friend can order curry, you can go for a burger and your housemate can get the salad – brilliant huh?

So get your Deliveroo on, it’s almost the weekend after all!
