Nantucket Beach Club Opens

Nantucket Beach Club Opens

We love Fridays but this Friday is extra special, it’s the start of May which means we are ever close to summer, it’s the start of the Bank Holiday weekend, so no work on Monday and it sees the opening of the Nantucket Beach Club at Skylounge, Double Tree Hilton.

So really the way only to celebrate all of this happening is with a post-work jaunt to the Skylounge. Inspired by the East Coast Island living that we lust after on Pinterest and Instagram, the pop-up will feature its own lighthouse, swing-bench, boat and bowling alley – ready to strike lucky?

When it comes to the drinks it’s all about the Snow Queen vodka slushies and Surfside Punch named after the Surfside beach, it’s a refreshing blend of camomile infused Snow Queen vodka and Lanson White Champagne and after couple you’ll definitely be ready to party. Or get inspired by one the East Coast’s favourite drink, the Cape Codder and ordered a Cape Codder Ale to drink whilst watching the sun go down over the London skyline – it’s a blend of Snow Queen vodka, cranberry juice and ginger ale.

The menu is big on seafood, as you’d expect it to be, snack on lobster mac and cheese – which trust us is delicious, clam chowder, lobster rolls, huge chunks of calamari and the seafood survival bucket – we’re not sure exactly what it is, but sign us up. To finish there is a decadent Boston cream pie, just the way they like it over in America.

Open until September
