Top Hat Catering have whipped up some edible delights and are popping (I mean cooking) their way to the top.
They have given themselves a makeover and want to celebrate their brand new look with a Pop Up dining event at the Top Hat kitchen.
The top chefs have cooked for the U.S ambassador but don’t shy away from intimate events like small family weddings. So, yes, this delectable food is available for you!
To kick of the show Top Hat are introducing Pork Belly lollipops with a brambly apple sauce and pork crackling. The main event includes the delectable sea bream ceviche, avocado puree, hazelnut and caper dressing. Their secret for a great party is to order more food and drink than you think your guests will eat but with their menu we think that this might not be possible.
For all the foodies out there tickets are also available at the Head Chefs table, so you have the chance to grill the culinary artists on the dishes as they cook them in front of you.
Tickets are pretty much sold out for the 23rd and 24th April but don’t fear! There are still some tickets available for June.
