We’re often accused of being high maintenance, we like to go for high tea and at times we like to think we’re a bit highbrow. Ahem. But now we can’t wait to get some high…brunch?
Darwin – a high flying 36 floors up at Sky Garden- is celebrating the return of summer with the launch of their sky-high Sunday brunch menu by head chef Arnuad Delannay.
Catering company “rhubarb” the accomplished team behind the food at sky gardens two restaurants and bar presents the brunch menu from 11.30am-4.30pm every Sunday in traditional buffet style.
The buffet is divided into Breakfast and Dessert tables with a hot dish from the kitchen. Choices include a revamped ‘bloody mary’ prawn cocktail with fresh horseradish and an asparagus ‘vinaigrette’ with truffle. Sunday hangovers have never tasted so good!
If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat don’t hesitate to indulge in the berry compote and ice-cream, doughnuts, or roast peach sundae and pain d’epices.
And of course you’ll need something to wash away your hangover blues, so choose from The Milkshake Bar or bottomless bloodies and pick between a tried-and-trusted original, clamato, bullshot or no-booze virgin.
We’ll pick the clamato bull shot – hair of the dog and all that. It’s the healthier choice!
See you there Londoners.
