If your summer wish list says ‘holiday in Miami’ and your bank balance says ‘get a grip’ then we have a solution for your wanderlust with the 5 month long food and drink pop up experience, Cîroc at London Riviera, taking place on the Southbank.

While the sun may or may not be shining, some things you can definitely rely on to get you in that tropical mood is delicious street food, palm trees and beach style cocktails from the partner behind the boutique, Ciroc. Emulate Tom Cruise circa Cocktail with The Cîroc School of Mixology masterclasses where guests will get to learn the artistry behind creating the tropical CÎROC Summer Punch.

To stop things from getting too boozy food will be readily available from the ever-changing seasonal menu inspired by the fresh flavours of Eastern Mediterranean street food, created by celebrity chef John Quilter and executive chef Tom Kime (CERU Restaurant).

The summer pop up will open 1st June and will be filled with luxurious day-beds, giant pineapples and pink flamingos from 8am – 10pm daily making it perfect for an after-work meeting spot or a chilled weekend hang-out.
