Using a unique fusion of Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to heat up the body, the classes are designed to cleanse and purify the mind, body and soul, which is always needed if our weekends are anything to go by. Each session is taken by Rebecca Keenaghan, an experienced yoga instructor who draws inspiration from various forms of the ancient healing art, enabling her students to unravel their own state of inner bliss through kind words and a positive attitude.
