Ever loved gin so much you wished there was more than the regular drinking way to get it in your body? Well over at the Shangri-La Hotel they have decided to devote a whole garden retreat to it where you can enjoy sharing pitchers and punches of gin-and-tea-infused delights alongside gin-infused cakes and ice lollies.
The pop-up is the product of a collaboration between the hotel and local gin distillery Jensen’s in Bermondsey which will be open throughout August and will showcase Jensen’s two unique gin blends; Bermondsey London Dry and Old Tom, which are historical recipes that use only classic gin botanicals. The tea-infusions will be made from the hotel’s own signature tea blends and perfectly chilled to complement the last of the summer heat. For those of you less gin inclined, never fret as non-alcoholic varieties will be available for younger guests and any designated drivers out there.
