Ever spent the night dancing away convinced that you’d easily burnt away all the calories you’ve been drinking? Of course have, we all have, but unfortunately a few twirls to Beyonce’s Single Ladies probably didn’t improve your fitness the way thought it did. What will help is a session at Neon Fuel, a London-based street dance and travel company, who is holding monthly Fierce Heels dance brunches.
Guests are encouraged to don their favourite pair of high heels during the class while learning a choreographed dance routine, but the best part comes afterwards when you are rewarded with an unlimited bubbles brunch courtesy of Plateau. The Fierce Heels dance class has been designed to improve confidence, posture and dance techniques whilst also offering the ultimate health vs. indulgence experience with bottomless Champagne brunch.
The brunch will feature items like Parma ham, charentais melon, coffee and maple dressing, and Guinea fowl breast, grilled vegetables, thyme jus. For those with a sweet tooth, Plateau offers an array of beautiful cakes, mousses and sorbets including a Pimm’s jelly with white chocolate mousse and mint sugar, and Vanilla crème brûlée and brandy snap.
We’ve spent many a night on the dancefloor, dressed to the nines with our trusty pair of stilettos, but now we can do it with a little guidance from a trained teacher plus instead of a hangover afterwards we get unlimited champagne and a delicious brunch to soak it all up.
