Soho’s Irish Pop-Up

Next Thursday will see the opening  of The Soho Shebeen, the  six day, Irish pop-up on Greek Street that will celebrate the launch of three new Irish spirits.

First of all if you don’t know what a shebeen is then let us tell you, it’s a bar or club where alcohol was sold without a license (although we’re pretty sure this pop-up has a license, not wanting to be shut down and all that.)

The ground floor will be home to the Feeney’s experience, which will celebrate Feeney’s Irish Cream liqueur, said to be the world’s most luxurious Irish cream liqueur. Go up to the next level for the speak-easy themed pub which will be all about The Dubliner Irish Whiskey and upstairs will be a gothic style black bar which is where you’ll find The Dublin Liberties Oak Devil Irish Whiskey, a non-chill filtered 46% blend of malt and grain whiskies aged for over three years in Bourbon casks.

The good craic will be accompanied by Gaelic music and nibbles. And if you’re quick we’re running  a competition to win 4 VIP tickets – check it out here.

The Soho Shebeen Irish Pop Up Bar is open to the public on the 5th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 12th and 13th November. The Bar is open from 5.30-10pm and entry includes a free drink.
