Kurobuta Opens in Harvey Nichols

Burger & Lobster, Yo! Sushi and now Kurobuta. Harvey Nichols is welcoming Scott Hallsworth’s Japanese restaurant to their fifth floor, a space no stranger to pop-ups and longer duration residencies. Anyone familiar with Kurobuta already will know why this opening is nothing but great news. Informal dining and great food make it a good option for when you just fancy a guaranteed good meal, and now that they are in Harvey Nichols it will be the perfect stop off for a day of Christmas shopping.

This is the third venue for the restaurant, adding to the existing Kings Road and Marble Arch locations, but promising some unique additions to their much-loved signature dishes of BBQ pork belly stuffed into fluffy steamed buns, soft shell crab tempura maki with spicy kimchee mayo as well as their hugely popular ‘Junk Food Japan’ menu of pizza, hot wings and fried chicken but not as you know it.

Owner Scott Hallsworth is using the location as an opportunity to be more playful and adventurous with the existing menu. As a department store, Harvey Nics are known for their playful side and their cool, contemporary and luxurious image so Kurobuta will be right at home.
