We may have just had breakfast but on a Friday morning it’s only natural to be looking ahead to the weekend. Can’t think that far ahead? Maybe you’re just planning your dinner tonight. Curry. Sorted. Next dilemma, who’s cooking?

We can’t solve all your culinary dilemmas for you but we can tell you about an event taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel on Park Lane in aid of Leuka, the leukaemia charity. Their annual event ‘Who’s Cooking Dinner’ is now in it’s seventeenth year, and raises significant funds to go towards research and treatment of the disease – to date it has raised over £5million – not bad for a few glasses of Champagne and an auction or two…

This year the dinner is welcoming 20 world-class chefs including Angela Hartnett, Chris and Jeff Galvin and Sushisamba’s award-winning bartendender Rich Woods to cook for the 200 guests. The answer to who’s cooking? You’ll find out once you sit down – each table of 10 will have their very own chef for the evening. The swanky affair has the focus of raising life-changing amounts of money at its core, so in addition to the initial table cost, an auction including bespoke artwork from English Pop Artist Peter Blake and the chance to have top chefs cooking in your own home looks set to increase the existing total significantly. Charitable dining indeed.

Who’s Cooking Dinner is on Monday 7th March at the Four Seasons Hotel, Park Lane
