Another day, another rooftop and frankly we can’t get enough off them. Today it’s all about Boundary who is shaking off its winter coating, saying good bye to its Alpine- themed menu and saying bonjour to a Provençal-style summer offering.

Taking inspiration from the Mediterranean, the rooftop will serve a light, fresh all-day menu. Think salads, small plates such as Ortiz anchovies and ricotta, food from the Robata grill, including native lobster with garlic and parsley butter and sharing dishes like plateau de Fruits de Mer. Peter Prescott and Doug Wregg from Les Caves des Pyrene (one of the UK’s leading importers of natural wines) have chosen fifteen natural wines from coastal vineyards dotted along the Mediterranean – because as soon as that sun shines, you’re going to want to be on that rooftop, glass in hand, admiring the views/getting tipsy.

Alongside the wine will be cocktails and punches (Pimms, Rooftop Spring Punch and Grapefruit Smash) and an exclusive range of gin and tonic cups. Using six hand-picked boutique gins including Boundary’s own-label Albion gin and fresh botanicals picked from Boundary’s rooftop Orangery the cups are going to be the just the ticket to quench your thirst.

Now we just have to pray for Mediterranean style temperatures.
