We’re going to put our hands up and say we’re are guilty of wearing our gym kit when we aren’t always going to work out… Sometimes you don’t want to get dressed at the weekend, sometimes you want to give the impression that you’re about to work out even if you’re actually just off to brunch. So The Handbook has teamed up with Lorna Jane to offer an exclusive Wildcat Fitness Body Burn class for The Handbook readers on the 3rd August. Yes, it has the word burn in it and yes you will feel the burn. Created by personal trainer, Lisa-Jane Holmes, the 45-minute class which is suitable for all fitness levels will use a mixture of HIIT and bodyweight resistance to burn that fat away, build up strength, discovering muscles you never knew you had.
