If we asked you to list a few of your favourite things, chances are that it wouldn’t take you long to start spouting off food or drinks. Your morning coffee, perhaps? A cold pint after work? A slice of pizza… well, anytime? If this is the case, look no further than The London Beer Factory’s takeover at Stir Coffee, bringing together three of everyone’s favourite things for a monthly series celebrating the best Brixton has to offer.

Neighbourhood favourite Stir Coffee will be opening its doors after hours, serving up innovative coffee-based cocktails for the monthly series celebrating the local community. The coffee house will be using beans from Mission Coffee Works, Round Hill Roastery, Yallah Coffee Roasters and Man Versus Machine and pairing them with The London Beer Factory’s Sayers Stout in order to create an espresso martini and coffee negroni especially for the event. The London Beer Factory is also bringing some incredible offerings for guests, serving favourites such as Paxton IPA and Beyond the Pale along with their monthly changing Pilot Range which, for the event, is including a summer edition of  Strawberry & Cream Ale. The London Beer Factory is also the first in the UK to make their craft beer in a can available with a completely removable top to allow for the flavours and aromas to come out. Their cheeky Tap Taxi will be parked up outside and providing guests with free samples of their brews straight out of the taxi taps. A free taxi? Unheard of.

And to silence any growling stomachs that may be present, Made of Dough will be making pizza deliveries to the venue throughout the night. What once started as a mobile pizza truck in 2014 by old school mates Henry and Ed has now turned into an award-winning enterprise, crowned “best in the UK” at the London Pizza Festival. At the event, choose between either the margherita with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil or the chorizo with Brindisa chorizo and piquillo peppers on a margherita.

The London Beer Factory and Stir Coffee event will run once a month, each time with a new selection of local vendors, street food stalls, musicians and artists.

Award-winning pizza, coffee cocktails and craft beer. A triple threat, to say the least.

The London Beer Factory Takeover at Stir Coffee will take place once a month, beginning Thursday, 28 July 2016 from 7pm to 11pm.
