It was pretty exciting news when the announcement was made earlier this year that Cuba would become a new travel destination. The travel restrictions still unfortunately make it quite exclusive, but if you can’t fit in a trip to see the classic cars, classic Colonial architecture and sample some of the worlds best rum then have no fear because Soho is bringing Cuba to us! Havana Club is hosting Casa Havana, a two-week Soho pop-up bar allowing you to experience the vibrancy and energy of the Cuban capital. Pop in and enjoy your favourite Cuban classics whilst being transported to Havana. There will be food, drinks, dance, and exclusive artwork by renowned street-artist Ben Eine, bringing to life the essence of Cuba and all under one roof.

And when we say Soho is bringing Cuba to us, we mean it. There will be an intriguing virtual reality experience in a secret space within ‘Casa Havana’ for those very much in the know, allowing a select few visitors to experience Havana life through past years and into the present day. The lucky fans able to enjoy the experience will be taken through a journey of taste and culture emphasising Havana Club’s Cuban heritage. Casa Havana will be taking place 11th to 13th August and 18th to 20th August. You can also enjoy an exclusive, authentic dining experience – we’re talking a five course dinner created exclusively by Dom Cools-Lartigue, founder of Street Feast. Be sure to visit their website for times, dinner prices, booking details and exact location.

Casa Havana begins Thursday 11th August, from 4pm-midnight.
