This Autumn, to brighten up the shorter days, fusion restaurant Asia De Cuba is launching a new menu. Executive Chef Luis Pous hails from Cuba, home to Latin America’s biggest Chinatown, and takes his inspiration from both his Latin American roots and his time spent in Havana’s Chinatown to create dishes combining the bold flavours of both cultures.

The new menu is colourful and warming – just what we need for this sometimes (read: often) grey and gloomy city. You can expect indulgent steaks served with bok choy or Asian grilled lamb chops with black beans and, for the more health-conscious, perhaps a red quinoa salad or a adobo roasted chicken salad. All this can be washed down with cocktails designed to evoke the spirit of old Cuba.

Some say sun is the best cure to an overcast autumn, but we say forget travelling to Havana, head to Asia De Cuba, none of the flight costs and all the of the taste.
