The Capital Hotel Christmas Collaboration with Claire Clark

Afternoon tea at boutique Knightsbridge hotel The Capital has undergone a festive revamp by critically acclaimed pastry chef, Claire Clark. Clark has worked at some of the country’s most prestigious restaurants and has also created a high end patisserie catering service. The hotel has collaborated with Clark, who has judged on Masterchef and Bake Off Creme de la Creme, to offer a menu that would get the scroogiest of us into the spirit.

Tuck into a mint meringue Christmas tree, a panettone marmalade or a lemon cheesecake snowman. Slather your scones with clotted cream and the Father Christmas inspired marmalade (or as per tradition you can stick to jam). There’s a massive loose leaf tea menu but maybe you’ll be tempted by the cocktail menu instead – it is Christmas after all. All to be served in the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant. Afternoon tea doesn’t get much more festive than this.
