A programme of Christmas wonder…with a view – that’s what The Shard are offering this winter. There’ll be carol singing, Champagne and screenings of Christmas classics; all on the upper most floors of the iconic London landmark.
Level 72 offers some of the most dramatic and magnificent views of London, home to the open-air sky deck, it is going to be transformed into a wintry hideaway complete with winter plants, pine trees and twinkling lights. Enjoy the views with a hot drink from The Shard’s ‘design your own’ hot chocolate bar. The bar offers an array unique flavours as well as a selection of toppings; definitely worth the indulgence we say! For a more traditional Christmas activity, head down to level 69 which has become home to London’s largest Christmas tree. A choir will be there every week to fill the air with Christmas songs while you sip your glass of Lanson23 gold flake Champagne. On top of all this, for one week only, The Shard are allowing children to go free, so wrap those little ones up warm and show them views they’ll never forget!
The festiveness doesn’t stop there… The Extraordinary Travelling Film Show will be hosting the world’s highest pop up cinema, 800ft above London, showing a special screening of one of the world’s most loved Christmas films: Miracle on 34th Street – the 1947 original! Tickets also come with a free glass of Champagne – (Christmas) music to your ears!
Christmas at The Shard is on now. Cinema in the Stars takes place Wednesday 14th December. Kids Go Free runs from 17th-24th December.
