This winter, Twickenham will be hosting 4 international Rugby games…if you’re more of a spectator than a player though, line your stomachs (before the inevitable heavy drinking) at The Bingham as the boutique hotel has put together pre-match feasts, each week serving up a new menu.
Launching on the 12th November and running every Saturday until 3rd December, the pre-match feasts keep to Head Chef Andrew Cole’s signature style of natural flavours and the freshest ingredients available. Dishes include beetroot mousse with balsamic jelly, frisbee lettuce and toasted pine, venison haunch with dauphinoise potatoes, roasted shallot and horseradish puree, whilst for pudding you’ll find apple tarte tatin with crystallised ginger ice cream and ginger crumble.
Seems to us like the riverside destination will be the calm before the storm.
