At this time of year, Oxford Street can be a bit of a nightmare, but this season, The Churchill Bar are providing solace in the form of a Siberian hideaway. They’ve transformed their alfresco terrace into a fur lined haunt complete with rugs, blankets, hot water bottles and Siberian decor. You’ll also be sitting under twinkling northern lights, it’ll be easy to forget you’re sitting by one of the busiest streets in London!
Beluga Vodka have teamed up with the bar to create a cocktail and snack menu, with each cocktail telling it’s own story (or history lesson!). The 7 cocktails are made with an array of intoxicating ingredients, from absinthe toasted marshmallows to wild Siberian berries. The terrace will see a new menu inspired by Siberia too. Keep warm with buckwheat blinis, mushroom and smoked salmon; dine as the Siberians would with the finest sturgeon caviar; and finally indulge with their white chocolate and coconut frosted truffles.
This winter, head to the Churchill Bar & Terrace for a slice of Siberia without the blistering cold temperatures.
