Baked Camembert and Hot Cocktails at the Roof Gardens

Baked Camembert and Hot Cocktails at the Roof Gardens

Generally, there really aren’t many better things than a big wheel of molten cheese. Combine that wheel of cheese with sweeping views across London and you’ve got yourself a winner.

Tuck into baked Camembert and Stinking Bishop on Babylon’s heated Winter Terrace and choose from a number of carefully selected wines – carefully selected to complement the cheeses. If you’ve been outside lately, you’ll know that you need all the warmth you can get so follow cheese/wine indulgence with more indulgence: a hot chocolate or hot cocktail. Or combine the two and spike your hot chocolate with your choice of liqueur. Yes, the terrace is heated, but the restaurant are providing guests with toasty blankets for maximum warmth, we doubt you’ll want to leave.

Sadly, the Winter Terrace will not be there to see you into the new year, but the Roof Gardens will. Acrobats, jugglers and stilt walkers will bring the party to the roof, while DJs will be playing your favourite songs of the year. What’s more, being 100ft above Kensington High Street, you’ll probably be able to catch all the various firework shows across London as well as witnessing the firework show Roof Gardens are putting on themselves.

The Winter Terrace will be open and serving the winter menu until 23rd December.
