Get your Alpine chic on at Plateau this winter at their winter pop-up, Off-Piste. Offering views over Canada Square’s ice rink, the terrace is a warm escape complete with furry blankets. Indeed, it is also a great spot for a pre-skate or post-skate drink or two.
Head Chef Jeremy Trehout has curated a menu of cheesy delights, perfect for any mountainside occasion including cod croquettes, raclette crostini and comte croque monsieurs. To accompany all the cheese, warm the cockles with the winter-themed cocktails, like the Avalanche which is made from rum, brandy, Campari and smoked with orange, lemon juice and thyme; or The Fire Place, which is served hot and made from rum, ginger liqueur, port and more rum. Other drinks on the menu include the Thyme to Hit the Slopes and SkiMono. Don’t go too off-piste now…
The winter terrace at Plateau is open now and the winter menu available until the end of February 2017
