Embassy Gardens’ Day of Wellness

If 2016 was the year getting active, then let’s make 2017 the year of focussing on our mental health because in this hectic world (and especially this city) we all know that sometimes we need a little TLC.

On 4th February, Embassy Gardens are opening their doors for an afternoon with Amelia Freer and Dr Nerina Ramlakhan who will be speaking about how to optimise mental and nutritional wellbeing.

Nutritional therapist, Amelia Freer, the bestselling author of Cook. Nourish. Glow and Eat. Nourish. Glow, will be speaking about ‘The True Secret to Wellness and the Power of Positive Nutrition’ so that you can take control of your nutritional wellness this year. Whilst Dr Nerina Ramlakhan, a sleep and energy coach and author of Fast Asleep Wide Awake, will be speaking about the importance of sleep for our mental and physical wellbeing and will be giving advice on how to make sure you wake up ready to take on the day.

Throughout the afternoon, there’ll be free food and drink to snack on, including healthy energy drinks from Aspire and protein Boost Balls – because good food = good mood.

The event is taking place at the Embassy Gardens on 4th February 2017. Tickets can be bought here: www.eventbrite.co.uk
