Fare Healthy Festival was born of co-founder Rose Lloyd Owen’s ambition to inspire and motivate people to feel better through eating well, thinking positively and exercising. The festival is back for the third time, runs for two days and features a line up of talks, demos, exercise sessions and cooking workshops.
The festival is split into three parts: Eat, Move and Think. Healthy cooks, such as Deliciously Ella, Natasha Corrett, Meera Sodha, and Tom Hunt will be there to cook you up a storm. There’ll be exercise classes from the likes of Boys of Yoga, Clean Eating Alice and Naturally Sassy Ballet Blast. Finally there’ll be talks from author Madeleine Shaw, meditator and inspirational speaker Michael James Wong, wellbeing and skincare specialist Liz Earle and much more.
Healthy doesn’t have to be so hard, not when there’s food from Pearl & Groove Bakery, Livia’s Kitchen and Peardrop London on offer.
Fare Healthy Festival runs 4-5th February at The Old Truman Brewery.
