Recharge and Reset Yoga Workshops With The Pros

January’s nearly over and although we’ve barely drunk and barely spent any money, we feel exhausted. Recharge your mind, body and soul at COMO Metropolitan London’s Recharge and Reset Yoga workshops; 2 days of wisdom, wellness and reflection. The workshop will be led by Kelly Brookes, who begun her yoga teacher training in India, i.e. the very birthplace of yoga, completed her training in London and now shares her words/moves of wisdom weekly at Google, Harrods and lululemon.

The workshop will be held over 2 days, with each day focussing on something different. The first is tailored especially (though beneficial for all) for those who are time-poor and stressed with guidance on how to achieve your goals. You’ll be guided through a yoga class and also a meditation, and there’ll be a chance to create a vision board to help you achieve those goals. The second day also begins with a yoga lesson, following which there’ll be a talk focussing on how to nurture yourself. Both days will feature a Q&A season with expert therapists who’ll be on hand to answer any questions and relay the benefits of treatments such as acupuncture, shiatsu and reiki.

The Recharge and Reset Workshop takes place on 4th and 5th February, with yoga mats provided by lululemon
