February: so far it’s been cold, grey, and generally not very pleasant. But we have some good news for you. We know there are seldom things a Londoner loves more than a good gin. So we are pleased to inform you that the hugely popular Gin Festival is making its 2017 return, to London’s Tobacco Dock. The festival promises more than 100 gins, top craft distillers and a whole host of ginformation, making this cold February a lot easier to handle, and having us glad Dry January is well and truly over.
Back for its third year, Gin Festival has grown from a single event to a phenomenon, delighting attendees nationwide with four fabulous gin bars, showcasing the very best in British and international gins as well as the finest gin liqueurs. With a stellar reputation for creating the perfect serve, Gin Festival host a range of unusual gins, with each gin paired with a carefully matched garnish and specifically chosen Fever-Tree tonic or mixer.
Gin Festival isn’t just about the gin and tonics though, for all those who love gin but would rather forgo the tonic, there’s a regular cocktail bar serving up fantastic gin-based libations, as well as additional seasonal treats. You can chat to the distillers and brands who love to make gin, whilst drinking gin and sharing a sample or two. The Festival offers an array of amazing masterclasses where you can be ginformed about all its processes; from source to bottle.
