Calling all foodie fitness addicts…we have the perfect pop-up for you.
The superstars of sport Adidas and Bel-Air, the feel-good fast food geniuses located in Shoreditch, have joined forces to create an array of pop-ups in the Old Truman Brewery, bringing Londoners a collection of free workshops from fitness classes to running to product tasting.
Running now and throughout the summer, Londoners can join a group of like-minded people to speed around the sites of Brick Lane before cooling down with a yoga session hosted by the Adidas runners, or what about a strength and tone workout (we may finally get that summer body this year)? Whether it’s a fitness class or nutrition talk, Bel-Air will be on hand to replenish and rejuvenate all with their picture perfect Cali toasts, made with sourdough topped with avocado or maybe the smoked salmon and cottage cheese for those who want to venture away from the beloved avocado.
For those craving something a little sweet, how about a double cacao and peanut butter cookie or an assortment of raw oat and date power bars to aid recovery after your workouts. Thirsty? No problem, homemade juices from The Clean Green Fighting Machine and Rebel Coconut Water will be on hand. If like us, you like a caffeine fix after your workout, locally roasted Ozone coffee will be there to fire you back up with their range of turmeric and matcha lattes with an extensive range of milk alternatives.
