Peruvian Bottomless Brunch at COYA

As you probably already know, here at the Handbook HQ, we are big brunch aficionados. Always on the lookout for our next weekend destination, it’s no surprise that we are drawn to COYA Mayfair’s newest offering; Latin-American Bottomless Brunch. Cue angels singing, parades through Mayfair and salsa dancing in the streets. (Not really, but we can wish right?)

Launching the first weekend in April –and not as some cruel April Fool’s joke- London’s first Peruvian restaurant will open its doors with the only real decision you need to make; classic bottomless Champagne, firm favourite Pisco Sour or their new twisted Pisco Mary.

COYA’s executive Chef, Sanjay Dwivedi has an impressive set of credentials including London’s the Ivy, Le Caprice, and the Greenhouse, as well as a stint cooking for the Rolling Stones during one of their world tours, and spending time cooking in Peru with world-renowned chef Gastón Acurio. So it’s only natural that his specially curated brunch menu would be both gorgeous and authentic, featuring the likes of Corvina Trufa, a Corvina ceviche with truffle, and Arroz Nikkei, a Chilean sea bass casuela, welcoming diners to experience the fresh and exciting flavours of Peruvian cuisine.

New brunch-food isn’t the only thing you have to look forward to. In the true spirit of Latin culture, Saturday will see a live DJ get you on your feet and dancing throughout the afternoon (powered by a few pisco sours on our behalf). Not to exclude anyone, COYA will offer an in-house nanny service at the Sunday brunch, featuring a magician to keep the kids delighted whilst you tuck in -is there anything they haven’t thought of?!

This weekend’s Peruvian extravaganza can’t come fast enough.
