Looking for some make-up inspiration? In need of some revamping? Or just a beauty aficionado wanting some more insider tips? Then Glamour magazine’s Beauty Week is the place to be! Over the course of two days, Glamour’s beauty section will leave the pages and spring to life, hosting experts, celebrities and beauty industry insiders to bring you all you need to know, from professional techniques to secret tips and expert advice.
Featuring talks from Glamour magazine’s Editor Jo Elvin, and coveted Beauty Editor Alessandra Steinherr, the festival has solidified its status as beauty event of the year. Returning for its second year, the Glamour Beauty Festival invites you to spend the morning or afternoon (or, if you’re like us, then the whole day) browsing the stands of the world’s top beauty brands including NARS, Estée Edit, Elizabeth Arden, Laura Mercier, Caudalie and Redken, all offering incredible treatments in various pampering zones, from hair, skin and make-up, to 2017’s newest addition; wellness.
The weekend promises a number of experts on hand to deliver insightful talks, along with all your favourite celebrities. The beauty industry’s most renowned professionals will be out in full attendance, giving masterclasses and insider tips from Hung Vanngo, make-up extraordinaire to Hollywood hair and make-up duo Sam McKnight and Mary Greenwood. They will join iconic supermodel Erin O’Connor, model-of-the-moment Winnie Harlow, chart-topping X Factor winner Louisa Johnson, The Saturdays star Frankie Bridge, and a whole host of digital media sensations, just to name a few.
But let’s not forget the men, with grooming not just for girls, Glamour’s Beauty Festival will see Dermot O’Leary (the best-dressed man on TV?) in conversation with Jo Elvin, talking all things style. Whilst TV presenter, YouTube star and GQ columnist Jim Chapman sits down with his equally stylish friends Toby Huntington-Whiteley, Oliver Cheshire, Robert Konjic and McFly’s Dougie Poynter to give a man’s take on getting ready, male grooming and sharing bathroom shelf space with the women in their lives. If all this doesn’t convince you to go, we honestly don’t know what will.
Glamour Beauty Festival runs from 11th-12th March at The Saatchi Gallery, Chelsea.
