In The Dog House: Hot Dogs For Charity

In The Dog House: Hot Dogs For Charity

MEATliquor is launching a special ‘In the Dog House’ cocktail menu, but it’s not what you’re thinking. Far from giving you a good telling off, MEATliquor are quite literally putting you in the dog house. For two months only, they are introducing a brand new, hot dog and dog themed cocktails to support local canine charities.

Purchase the speciality hot dog (don’t worry, no real dogs were harmed in the making of this), ‘The Littlest Hobo’, made from a traditional Beechwood smoked beef wiener and loaded with Hobo beer cheese sauce, or the St Bernard Cocktail, a blend of Brandy and Luxado Cherry Sangue Morlacco and £1 from each sale will go a local dog charity. Available at all MEATLiquor restaurants across London, Bristol, Brighton and Leeds, each region will benefit a different charity. Where there’s food there also needs to be drink, so the In the Dog House cocktail menu features six cocktails, from the Lassi Lassie*, a mix of vodka, Greek yogurt, fresh raspberry and rhubarb topped with cream, to the Pink Chihuahua, a short drink of tequila shaken with fresh lime juice, grenadine, orgeat and egg white served straight up. Drinks that aid mans best friend? Good enough for us.

*real dogs not included (sniff)

The ‘In the Dog House’ cocktail collection will be available from the 6th March – 1st May at all MEATliquor restaurants, MEATmarket and MEATmission’s across London, Bristol, Brighton and Leeds
