Winter is officially over, and spring is starting off right; with a beer festival, of course. The annual Wandsworth Common beer festival to be exact, which is returning to Le Gothique at the iconic Royal Victoria Patriotic Building this March for its 9th year.
The largest independent beer festival in South London promises to leave you spoilt for choice, with over 100 cask ales and 25 craft ciders to choose from… you could be there a while. The star of this year’s festival promises to be the Motorhead ‘Road Crew’ American Pale Ale, served in specially commissioned tankards.
There will be street food to cater for all your nibbling needs and the festival will host live music on Friday and Saturday night. Perfect for everyone, the event is London’s only family-friendly beer festival. So gather up the family, buggy et al and have them do something you want to do for a change, no crayons or stuffed animals in sight.
Beer Festival is taking place 29th March – 1st April 2017. Tickets are available on the door, but you are encouraged to pre-register for guaranteed entrance.
