Workout Woes? Be:Fit London is back!

Workout Woes? Be:Fit London is back!

Finding it hard to get motivated, stay on track, or even be bothered to workout? You aren’t alone. Apparently, only one in five women in the UK do enough exercise to stay fit and healthy. This is due to a number of reasons, from continued self-esteem issues, to a lack of non-competitive environments for women to exercise in. Whilst many of us talk about changing, it’s time to actually do something about it. That’s where Be: FIT festival comes in. Aiming to break down these limitations, the festival creates a space for women to come together in solidarity; to support and encourage one another in a healthy lifestyle, and fresh off the back of International Women’s Day we can’t think of a better time!

Be:Fit London, in collaboration with Reebok, is Europe’s largest women’s focus fitness festival and returns this April for a fourth year. Set across three days, the festival consists of motivational talks from top fitness influencers, such as Clean Eating Alice, Joe Wicks and Chessie King, as well as providing complimentary health checks and sports treatments. A shopping village will take care of all your sporting needs, hosting the biggest fitness brands in the world. Launching for 2017, Be:Fit London present a yoga studio, a functioning training studio hosting classes from F45 to Another_Space, cycling studio and the Be:Fit braid bar (to keep the hair-in-the-mouth nightmare at bay). If that wasn’t enough, the Reebok Fitness Studio will be returning with classes from Equinox, Barry’s Bootcamp, PHIIT London and BLOK London, offering a selection of classes to cover all fitness needs.

With live cooking demonstrations, workshops and masterclasses on offer, you’ll be spoilt for choice after your workout. Take your gal pals down and make some new fitness friends. Workouts will never be boring again.

Be:Fit London takes place 28th– 30th April at the Business Design Centre, Islington
