Few things get us more excited than the news of two foodies coming together for a one-off event. Diego Cardoso, Executive Chef at Open House (the group behind Percy & Founders, The Lighterman and The Larder) and Diego Jacquet, Chef Patron at Marylebone restaurant Zoilo, are combining their talents to bring Londoners a 5-course supper club at Percy & Founders to really get in that spring spirit.
This foodie feast will begin with canapés created by both chefs before guests are treated to Chef Jacquet’s surprise starter (it’s set to be spectacular). Next is the turn of Chef Cardoso; think smoked ricotta and burrata tortellini with a side of broad beans and asparagus. Mains will see Chef Jacquet prepare asado steak with morels, oats and bone marrow. Finally, a blood orange meringue pie created by Chef Cardoso will delight your palate. During all this, guests can watch all the action in the kitchen unfold right from their seats.
But what about the drinks? Don’t worry, pisco sours will be handed out on arrival, along with an optional matching wine pairing for each course by Percy & Founders’ very own Sommelier, Marc-Andrea Levy.
