Top London Chefs Collaborate at J.Sheekey

Today sees the return of the female guest series at J.Sheekey, as three top chefs take to the kitchen to cook alongside Head Chef Andrew McLay. Each chef is set to produce distinctive dishes inspired from their experiences in the culinary world and J. Sheekey’s signature style.

Taking to the kitchen first on 25th April is Anna Tobias, current Head Chef at Rochelle Canteen. Shortlisted by The Observer Food’s Monthly annual list of 50 trends, people, places and food to look out for in 2017, Anna’s simple and flavoursome food is not one to miss. Rachel Roberts will be at J. Sheekey’s on 9th May. Column writer for The Guardian Cook and specialising in Italian cooking, Rachel’s ten-year career in Rome will bring a Mediterranean influence to J. Sheekey’s that will mix perfectly with their fish-based dishes.

Rounding off this year’s female guest chef series is Ching He Huang on 27th June. Combining traditional and contemporary Chinese cooking methods, she has a riveting reputation for producing impressive meals influenced from her upbringing in South Africa and the UK.

Diners will also have the chance to speak to the chefs in person and ask about their cooking styles and receive tips from sourcing ingredients to seasoning methods.

With each dinner produced by two top chefs you know you’re going to be on to a winner.
