Being in rude health, is to be strong, bursting with energy, full of life. So sticking to their name, food company and Putney cafe, Rude Health are putting on a week of summer activities to get us feeling great ahead of the summer.

You’ll get to explore London like you’ve never seen it before, all in the name of health and fitness – sounds great to us! There will be a variety of activities and classes throughout the week in the spirit of Rude Health’s ethos, so you can expect a lot of energy. Jamie Ramsey will be taking you swimming in Hyde Park before work on a Monday morning, which will be sure to impress your work colleagues in the break room. The following day will see something a little bit different with a woodcarving workshop from Grain and Knot. You’ll have the opportunity to carve your own butter knife all under the eyes of the experts, whilst drinking wine and enjoying snacks.

You’ll need a well deserved rest by the time Saturday rolls around, so Rude Health have organised the perfect relaxing evening. They’ve teamed up with Soul Circus Festival to create an evening of gong bath meditation and chakra flow yoga followed by cocktails and canapés at the Rude Health Café. To finish off the week, there will be a paddle boarding class taking you from Putney Bridge to Hammersmith and back to Putney, not quite the Mediterranean but the Thames will do! (We’re hoping Orlando Bloom might turn up).
