Warning – if you don’t like heights, then stop reading now. Do like heights? Let’s continue, arguably the most extreme pop-up, London in the Sky is returning next month for a two week feast in the sky.

Coming to a new Chelsea site from the 19th -30th July, the pop-up will see different chefs and mixologists showcasing their culinary talents and quite literally reaching new heights – you’ll be sat around a table, 100 ft in the sky. We’ll just let that sink in, 100 ft, so if you get dizzy you might want to sit this one out, but just think how incredible the views will be. As well as chefs from The Holborn Dining Room and Orwell’s,  Pascal Aussignac from Michelin-starred Club Gascon will serve up his signature dish the Marmite Royal, whilst Robert Ortiz from Michelin-starred Lima will offer Peruvian favourites like beef pachamanca and his famous pineapple carpaccio.

Mr Fogg’s will be providing some much needed Dutch courage by shaking up four cocktails for each guest, if you didn’t get dizzy before you might well do now. You’ll start with the Elskling, made from Hendrick’s gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, cloudy apple juice, fresh lime, homemade sugar syrup and peach bitters.
