COMO Metropolitan London and sportswear brands Castore and Monreal are partnering up this summer to bring fitness classes to Hyde Park and it sounds like they’re accepting no excuses. You might always say you’re going to the gym after a day of work but we know sometimes that doesn’t happen, so how about you exchange that empty promise with classes from some of the best fitness bloggers in London’s favourite park.
Faya Nillson, founder of Fitness on Toast, will be kicking off the first set of classes on 27th June with overall fitness and body weight circuits to start bikini body season. Hollywood star personal trainer, Lawrence Price, will be doing the second round of classes at the start of July with a session focused on the fitness trend of the moment, HIIT (high intensity interval training). After taking part in a 200 hour yoga-training course in India, Kelly Brooks is on a mission to persuade those who don’t think yoga is for them by making it fun and accessible for anyone. She aims to do just this on the third set of classes on 11th July with Jane Robertson. Jane spent three years with The British Wheel of Yoga and uses elements of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga into her style of classes. The combination of the two experts will bring a unique fitness class to Hyde Park. And last but not least, Louis Browne will be hosting the final class focusing on body-weight training to enhance body strength, fitness and flexibility. Louis has spent over a decade in the fitness industry and expects results when it comes to his training and has a range of London clients to prove it.
This special four week session of classes will not be something to miss this summer, especially if you’re thinking of getting fit for holiday season. Tickets for the classes are available individually or if you really want to commit, as a bundle of four with a discount.
