We often like to mix our desserts with alcohol but what about martinis and meringues? Now we’ve got your attention. Our favourite cocktail bar is teaming up with The Meringue Girls for a special pop-up cocktail and dessert bar this June.
Head bartender, Davide Arruci will be serving a selection of cocktails using Moët Chandon, Belvedere and Hennessy VSOP to make unique, floral-inspired martinis. There will be an assortment of mini meringues to perfectly complement your martini, with exciting flavours such as sour cherry, pistachio and rose, gin and tonic and raspberry. They definitely know how to get us on board!
If that wasn’t enough for the sweet toothed, pastry chef Jack Smith will be serving the best takes on meringues in town with a deconstructed lemon meringue pie, a strawberry and rose pavlova, beehive meringues with a honey and thyme tart and peach melba.
We will only be accepting our martinis with mini meringues from now on…
