The Jones Family Project have just launched a new pairing pop-up, except they aren’t matching cocktails or wine with food – they’re matching cocktails with music. In a tribute to vinyl, which has actually had quite the revival, they’ve created nine cocktails to be matched with nine different albums.
Their first menu will see the likes of Abba paired with an Absolut Cosmopolitan, Frank Sinatra with Jack Daniels on the Rocks and Elvis Presley with a Peanut Butter Sandwich, naturally. The pop-up is available now until the end of September and you can book it for free for you and five pals. You’ll all be given a pair of headphones so you can listen to the album on turntables, drink your cocktails and switch off from the world outside.
The Cocktails and Vinyl Pop-up will run from now until the 30th September 2017 at The Jones Family Project.
